Return & Exchange Policy – Navale Vibes

At Navale Vibes, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process in partnership with Shiprocket.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only non-discounted (regular price) items are eligible.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Size mismatch (unworn garments only)
    • Manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Garments that have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Custom-stitched or personalized garments.
  • Undergarments and accessories.
  • Sale/clearance items (marked Final Sale).

 Exchange Policy:

  • Size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue refund to original payment method.

 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued only for:
    • Items with genuine defects or damages
    • Orders where a replacement is not possible
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

 Return Process (via Shiprocket):

  1. Initiate Return:
    Email us at navalevibes@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos (in case of damage or defect).
  2. Approval & Pickup Scheduling:
    Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup through Shiprocket. You will receive pickup confirmation and tracking details via SMS or email.
  3. Pickup & Inspection:
    Shiprocket’s courier partner will collect the item from your address. After the product reaches our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check.
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing:
    Once approved, your exchange will be shipped or refund/store credit will be processed as per your request.

Note: If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item. We will reimburse shipping charges (up to a defined limit) upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
