To ensure reliable and efficient delivery across India, we’ve partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s leading logistics platforms. The following policy outlines how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery through Shiprocket’s courier network.

🛍️ Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• During seasonal sales, festivals, or promotional events, processing time may be extended up to 5–7 business days due to high order volume.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Charges

Shiprocket allows us to automatically assign the fastest, most reliable courier based on your location. Available couriers include Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, and India Post.

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse using Shiprocket’s smart courier allocation system.
• The delivery timeline may vary depending on your shipping address, courier availability, and regional accessibility.

🌍 Service Coverage

Through Shiprocket’s wide courier network, we deliver to over 29,000+ PIN codes across India, including remote and rural areas.

• If your PIN code is not serviceable, our customer care team will notify you and issue a refund or suggest alternate arrangements.
• For faster deliveries in metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc.), express options are recommended.

📦 Order Tracking & Notifications

You will be kept informed at every stage of the shipping process:

1. Order Confirmation Email – Sent immediately after you place your order.
2. Shipping Notification Email/SMS – Sent once your order is dispatched.
3. Tracking Link – Included in your shipping confirmation. You can track your order via:
   • Your Navale Vibes account under My Orders
   • The Shiprocket tracking page
   • SMS/Email updates directly from Shiprocket or the assigned courier

🛑 Delivery Attempts & Re-attempts

• Couriers typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If you’re unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule or coordinate.
• If all attempts fail, the package is marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • In such cases, we can either reship the order (additional charges may apply) or process a refund (excluding original shipping charges).

✅ Address Guidelines

• Please provide complete and accurate shipping details (including landmark, pin code, and contact number) at checkout.
• Navale Vibes is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

📷 Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

We take shipment safety seriously. However, in rare cases:

• If your package is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
• If you discover missing items after delivery, report to us within 48 hours with:
  • Order number
  • Unboxing video or images (if possible)
  • Description of the issue
• In case of lost packages (marked as delivered but not received), we will file a claim with the courier via Shiprocket and offer a replacement or refund based on investigation results.

🔄 Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be cancelled or modified only if they haven’t been packed or shipped.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You can return the item after receiving it, subject to our return policy.
